Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right):

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive and the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must:
- Notify the Seller by email at info@aceknyga.com of their decision to withdraw from the contract by submitting a clear statement.
- Send or hand over the goods to the Seller within 14 days of submitting the notification.
- The goods must be returned in original packaging, unused, and without loss of commercial appearance.

The Seller undertakes to refund all amounts paid by the Buyer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if the Buyer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option), no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the contract.

Exceptions: In accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Rules for Exchange and Return of Goods of Proper Quality:

All books sold on aceknyga.com are NEW and stored at optimal temperature, protected from direct sunlight, in the highest quality warehouse facilities that meet all European Union standards. Each book we ship is externally inspected during the shipment preparation process. However, a book is not considered a defective product if it shows minor defects that occurred during transportation, packaging, or storage, often seen in books sold in regular bookstores (e.g., minor scratches on the cover or its foil, slight discoloration of paper on one of the outer edges, etc.).

Please inform us immediately about any defective goods received by email at info@aceknyga.com, indicating your invoice number and the note "Defective product" in the subject line. In the email, specify the product name and briefly describe the nature of the defect (e.g., missing some pages of the book). Then follow the instructions for returning the goods. We cover the cost of returning defective products.

Rules for Exchange and Return of Goods of Improper Quality:

If the Buyer has purchased goods of improper quality or the improper quality of goods manifests as a manufacturing defect, the Buyer may return the goods and, at their choice, may demand:

- That the product be replaced with an analogous product of proper quality, except in cases where the defects are minor or they occurred due to the Buyer's fault;
- Refund of the price paid and withdrawal from the purchase-sale agreement (unilateral termination of the contract), when the sale of improper quality goods is a material breach of the order.

The Buyer may choose only one of the 2 (two) options. The Buyer must declare their choice to the Seller by email at info@aceknyga.com when returning the product. If, after the Buyer has chosen the method provided in the Rules, the Seller is unable to implement it, the Seller offers an alternative method provided in the Rules. The Buyer has no right to change the chosen method of remedy. The Buyer has no right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement if the defect of the goods is insignificant.

When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

- Notify the Seller by email at info@aceknyga.com, specifying the goods to be returned in the notification.
- Provide the purchase-sale document (cash register receipt or purchase-sale receipt or other document confirming the purchase-sale of the product), warranty card (if issued).
- Submit a free-form request.
- The Buyer may exercise the right to return goods of improper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
- The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the goods return procedure established in the Rules (for example, does not provide the purchase-sale document).
- The Seller covers the cost of returning defective goods.
- Money is refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller receives the Buyer's notification about the improper quality goods, and if the goods have not been returned to the Seller, the period specified in this paragraph is calculated from the date of return of the goods to the Seller. When refunding all amounts paid to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to use the same payment method that the Buyer used when paying the Seller, unless the Buyer agreed to a different method.
- Money is not refunded for goods that were intentionally or negligently damaged (affected by chemicals, water, open fire, high temperature, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules for use or storage of the goods were violated, or the goods were used improperly or not for their intended purpose.

Procedure for Returning Goods and Money:

- When returning goods, the Buyer must indicate the sender's address and properly package the product so that it is not damaged during shipping.
- All gifts that were provided together with the purchased product must be returned at the same time.
- The Buyer must send or hand over the goods to the Seller immediately and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submission of the notification of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller. The Buyer must return the goods following the instructions provided by the Seller via email.
- If the Seller delivered the product to the Buyer's home and there is no possibility to return it by one of these methods, the Seller must collect the product from the Buyer at their own expense.
- Delivery costs are not refunded if the Buyer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
- If there is a price difference when exchanging goods, the Buyer and the Seller must settle according to the recalculated prices.
